Ambulatory Program Manager, Full Time, Days Jacksonville hybrid

 

As an Ambulatory Program Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with physicians outside the walls of Baptist Health and practices that are not Baptist-owned. This role involves working with integrated networks to support all related projects. This role will lead project management responsibilities for implementing community connect and any ambulatory aspects of network innovation that will interface with other EHRs. The Ambulatory Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing healthcare IT systems and applications specific to ambulatory care settings. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution and completion of IT initiatives.

 

Ambulatory Program Manager Experience Requirements 

  • This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ambulatory healthcare information technology systems with key Baptist affiliate partners. 
  • The incumbent is primarily responsible for the creating the providing managerial oversight of the ambulatory initiatives, including the Community Connect program. Incumbent is responsible for service delivery including design, implementation, oversight, day-to-day management of Community Connect Electronic Health Record/Practice Management (EHR/PM) and other health technology solution offerings, as well as maintaining relationships with Baptist Health affiliates who participate in Baptist Health's Community Connect partnership. 
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing healthcare IT systems and applications specific to ambulatory care settings. Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution and completion of IT initiatives.
