Baptist Health is hiring a Hospital President for Baptist Medical Center Nassau.  This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in Nassau County, Jacksonville, Florida.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary healthcare leader to serve as a Hospital President who brings both administrative and clinical experience to the role. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate administrative and clinical expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance patient care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across healthcare settings.
