Rehab Manager, Full-Time, Acute Care Rehab, Baptist Beaches

Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to hire a Rehab Services Manager to our Acute Care Rehab Team located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time position with the opportunity to work at our Baptist Beaches campus.

Our Rehab Manager at Baptist Beaches will be working in an Acute Care Rehab setting that will include managing the team as well as clinical patient care. The Rehab Services Manager will provide leadership and supervise rehab staff for the daily operations of the clinic in addition to providing direct patient care. The ideal candidate for this position will have an active Florida Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology license, previous leadership experience and clinical experience in an acute care setting.

Rehab Manager, Acute Care Rehab Team, Job Responsibilities: 

• Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
• Oversees daily operations of the clinic. 
• Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.

• 1-2 years Employed by Baptist Health Preferred
• Adult Clinical Services Experience

License and Certification

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred Or
• Licensed Occupational Therapist Required Or
