Team Member Health/Wellness Consultant, Full Time, Days, Baptist Jacksonville

Job Summary

Serve as a professional liaison between the Baptist Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Baptist Team Member Wellness Program, Healthy for Life. Reports to the Sr. Consultant for Team Member Health and Wellness. This position will serve as an intake resource for team members that are interested in EAP and Healthy for Life services. Work with designated departments to design individual and group level interventions related to stress reduction, weight management and selected chronic disease interventions. Working closely with the Senior Consultant for Team Member Wellness and Behavioral Health Director(s) this position will identify barriers to EAP use and work to design effective interventions and services to reduce those barriers.

• Over 5 years Experience designing wellness and health promotion programs Required
• Over 5 years Experience with evaluating wellness and health promotion programs Required
• Over 5 years Experience implementing wellness and health promotion programs Required

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Health Coach Certification Preferred
