Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a VP, Administor to join the Baptist Medical Group.  This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.

A Senior leadership role responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the leadership team overseeing the business operations for the Baptist Medical Group (BMG). This role will report to VP, Medical Director of Operations. This role leads the strategic expansion activities for BMG that include establishing new practice locations, physician contract negotiation and integration of community offices into the network. The Vice President, Administrator is responsible for the implementation of new services, technology projects, quality improvement/patient experience/operational improvement initiatives and collaboration with BMG.
