From girls’ night out to signature events featuring inspiring speakers, we’re always cooking up a healthy dose of inspiration with Good for You Gatherings. This is your time to connect with other members and some of Baptist’s most passionate physicians and experts. Venues rotate depending on the event.

Good for You cuts through the confusion and hype to offer reliable health and wellness information endorsed by the clinical experts of Baptist Health — quick to absorb, easy to act on, fun to share. As a member, you can interact by posting comments on blogs and sending questions to physicians.
If you’re ready for an added level of support to help guide you toward healthier life choices, chances are we have a program for you. Want to adopt a heart healthy diet? Quit smoking? Get back into exercise? Prevent diabetes? We are here for you.
This event is free and open to the community. You don't have to be a YMCA member to participate.

If you paid a fee for the event, and you submitted the cancellation notice 72 hours or more prior to the start of the event, you can either apply the class fee to another Baptist Health event or request a refund.
