Job Summary

Northeast Florida’s premier cardiovascular care group seeks to add a full time Physician - Interventional Cardiologist at our Baptist Medical Center South location. This position offers the successful candidate an exceptional opportunity to work alongside the region’s leaders in heart care with an unmatched level of services, expertise and a top-ranked, comprehensive program.

Baptist Heart Specialists is a thriving clinical practice supported by regional leaders in cardiovascular care. As a part of our team, you will have access to an unmatched breadth of services via our top-ranked, comprehensive program and award-winning facilities.

The Baptist Heart team is comprised of over 40 board-certified physicians serving eight locations in four counties. We provide the full spectrum of diagnostic, invasive, and interventional cardiology care including peripheral vascular, comprehensive electrophysiology, and structural heart.

Day to Day:

  • You will have a full patient panel
  • Assist with the structural heart program
  • Epic EHR system

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Radial Coronary Interventions, basic peripheral interventions, Illiacs, SFA
  • Comfortability with Coronary and Peripheral Atherectomy
  • Experience with Impella Positioning
  • Interest in Venous Thromboembolism
