Baptist Medical Center South
Baptist Health expanded its circle of care by adding Baptist Medical Center South to serve the rapidly growing neighborhoods in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties. Jacksonville's first hospital of the 21st century offers residents convenient access to this full-service healthcare facility at Interstate 95 and Old St. Augustine Road. The hospital blends an advanced electronic environment with Baptist Health's holistic mission of providing for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families.

Caring for you means growing along with the community so we can provide the best medical care when you need us the most. Recently, we broke ground on our fourth patient tower, an eight-story building which will ultimately add 138 patient rooms, bringing or total number to 407. The tower will open in early 2018.
Among the new rooms, we are adding 18 maternity suites to support the growing number of young families in our area. And soon, we will add a new medical office building to provide you with even more family doctors and specialists.
