Schedule a Virtual Visit
Do you have an upcoming appointment already scheduled? You can change it to a virtual appointment by calling your physician’s office.
What is a virtual visit?
During a virtual visit, also known as online care or telehealth, you’ll see your doctor face-to-face by using the video camera on your phone, tablet or computer, all from the safety and comfort of your home.
During the confidential, secure video chat, your doctor can:
- Conduct routine wellness checks
- Diagnose an illness or injury
- Help you manage a pre-existing condition
- Prescribe medication, if needed
Before scheduling a virtual visit you’ll be asked to confirm the state you’re currently in before booking or checking in for your visit. Baptist Health providers are licensed to care for patients in Florida and select other states, and virtual visits are only available from those approved locations. Not sure if your state qualifies?
