PHYSICIAN Bill (ON/BEFORE July 29, 2022)
A physician bill is for services or consultation performed by a physician at a Baptist Health hospital or outpatient facility, and for services provided during a primary care or specialist office visit. Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

HOSPITAL Bill (ON/BEFORE July 29, 2022)
A hospital bill is for services provided at a Baptist Health hospital or outpatient facility that typically include room and board, diagnostic testing, medical supplies, medication or other charges.

These are some of the other physician practices that may participate in your care and send you a bill. Please contact them to understand your coverage, as some providers may not participate in the same insurance health plans as the hospital.

Insurance Information
- Our hospitals, outpatient locations and physician practices welcome most plans. Review our list of accepted insurance plans.
- If you have a participating health insurance plan and provide us with your policy information, we will file your insurance claims for you.
- Insurance coverage, co-pays and deductibles for office visits and inpatient and outpatient procedures are determined by your insurance plan and are expected at each visit.
- Please check with your insurance company to understand your coverage and your responsibilities, and advise us of any changes to your insurance information or mailing address.
- Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment.
- You may contact customer service to discuss available payment options.
