Changes to Patient Billing

Starting July 30, 2022, our billing process is changing to improve and streamline your experience with Baptist Health. During this transition period, you may have bills from the old and new system, so please follow the instructions below for paying your hospital and physician bills.

Moving forward, you will start receiving one simplified statement that shows physician and hospital balances together. Additionally, all your Baptist Health bills will look the same, whether from a primary care or specialty physician, tests or a hospital visit. Using My Baptist Chart, you'll always have access to your statements, and more.
