There may be other physician practices that participate in your care and send you a bill. Please contact them to understand your coverage, as some providers may not participate in the same insurance health plans as the hospital.

Insurance Information
- Our hospitals, outpatient locations and physician practices welcome most plans. Review our list of accepted insurance plans.
- If you have a participating health insurance plan and provide us with your policy information, we will file your insurance claims for you.
- Insurance coverage, co-pays and deductibles for office visits and inpatient and outpatient procedures are determined by your insurance plan and are expected at each visit.
- Please check with your insurance company to understand your coverage and your responsibilities, and advise us of any changes to your insurance information or mailing address.
- Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your appointment.
- You may contact customer service to discuss available payment options.

Missed Appointment and Late Cancellation Policy
Help us reduce the number of late cancellations and missed appointments so more people can get the care they need. If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Here's how:

Cancel Primary Care Appointment
Use My Baptist Chart to easily cancel.
Go to Visits and choose the appointment from the list of Upcoming Visits. Choose "Reschedule" or "Cancel Appointment."

Cancel Other Appointment
Please call the office to cancel.
