Very up on many mental health problems and chemical imbalance treatments. Not up on advances in technology currently used for voice to skull and telepathy, AI used for surveillance. May be a political issue more than something a medical professional can do anything other than suppress anxiety and assist with sleep. I do appreciate all the help I can get.

To don't remove us as a patient after 6 month if not seen by doctor. I was referred by my mental health therapist to see a psychiatrist for additional support. I was not able to obtain an appointment with one for 9 months and in meantime I missed my 6 months with my psychologist, and had to get my prescription refilled. So I had to make an appointment to get a refill but was unable to without setting myself up as new patient, even though I had an appointment in 3 more months to see a psychiatrist. Isn't the psychiatrist and psychologist part of same department? Why would I have to reapply as new patient when I had an appt coming up in 3 more months?

Just this week, she offered an amazing suggestion for me getting to sleep and staying asleep which has resulted in my being able to get at additional two hours of sleep. The office and everything was really nice. My appointment went well. I live in Arlington and this was the first appointment I could get. I don't live or know anyone that lives in Arlington so I wouldn't recommend for that reason but I would recommend Baptist Behavioral Health.

The doctor listened to all my issues and evaluated me and decided to adjust meds and for me to see a therapist. Plus she had me purchase an Anxiety workbook which has been very helpful so far.

My provider didn???t have my past medical records. I had to explain why I was there. When I called to make the appointment 3 months in advance they should have asked me to sign a release form to have my records sent.

The only doctor I can get an ADHD assessment from is at 1 location, an hour away from my house, with appointments earlier than I need to be at work, and for more than 2 week's pay. It's inconvenient and overpriced. 0/10. The only reason I haven't left Baptist yet is because I this is precisely the kind of task I have trouble with with my UNTREATED ADHD.

The ARNP was surprisingly refreshing. She listened and knew what to ask to further investigate. She was welcoming and easy to trust in order to share. I appreciate her paying attention to me and not brushing over my issues nor rushing through the appointment. I felt grateful for her.

Dr Deitly is very kind, concerned, professional, and helpful with keeping my medicine where it should be. Her office staff are very nice and friendly, helpful in getting my appts scheduled and following up with reminders, as well as billing my insurances and keeping up with that. Wasn't a good follow visit, reference calls I assume it was the doctor???s nurse, my visit with Dr. Poland about my medication, there were some lies told to the Dr & of course she defended her staff who was upset because I would use the pharmacy she wanted me to use. Like I told both of them I have never had a problem with receiving my med. no one follow up with me to see if I had received it, glad it was a life or death situation. I will not receive any more care from your office. I don't need a referral and will find another GI. I saw my last GI Dr a Lil over twenty yrs before we relocated to St Johns. Thank you

My appointments and service from the psychiatrist are great. However, I continue to have issues with billing. This ranges from being billed incorrectly to submitting the same date of service to my insurance for payment twice. I shouldn't have to worry about following up or that I'm being charged incorrectly every time I have an appointment. An online portal would also make it easier to pay, schedule appointments, and contact the office regarding these issues.

I made an appt several months ago in 2021 to see a psychiatrist. Baptist behavioral health setup an appt on March 8th with Cheryl Deitley, APRN. NOT A PSYCHIATRIST! She offered zero help! Literally told me she has no answers. I???m severely suicidal and that???s what she tells me. What a joke! At the very least I wanted to get a more specific diagnosis of my mental health issues, but SHE HAS NO ANSWERS FOR ME! Needless to say I won???t be seeing her again. I think I???m done with the Baptist network entirely. Nothing but terrible experiences!

I was happy with my appointment but I wish there were more in office appointments available. I don't have privacy in my home so it limits what I can discuss when on a virtual appointment not to mention that internet issues can cause the zoom call to lag or cut out. In addition, I had to call to obtain the link as it was never sent. This is a lot of extra work for an appointment that is already difficult to attend (no weekend/pm hours). I'd also prefer a way to pay online, waiting for someone to call or having to call every time to pay isn't ideal.
