Overall Baptist has MAJOR issues, the inpatient facility is terrible from what I know of it. But my doctor, Donna Iverson is fantastic, she take the time to listen to me and is very intelligent and caring. Honestly she is the the one and only reason I have not moved on to the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Donna Iverson is the best I've met in my 40 years of treatment on psych meds. Her open mindedness and flexibility with new ideas and methods of treatment is a God-send. She suggested genetic testing prior to a change in medications. "Bullseye," the medication cocktail is correct but a deficiency was found in my metabolic panels that have been preventing the desired results. I am forever grateful. Thank you Donna.

I'm a guardian for adult disabled Uncle, and go to Dr. Donna Iverson for his mental health needs. I couldn't be happier with the medical and support staff at Baptist Behavioral. It literally is the best medical organization that I interface with for my Uncle's medical needs. The support, communication, competency etc of the staff is very refreshing.

Receptionists, nurses and Nurse practitioner were all patient and kind. Clinician was thorough and included me in decision making. She considered my thoughts and opinions about past meds and side effects. I was received and treated like a person.
