I have waited almost entire year for latest appointment. I spoke my truth only to be disappointed. The provider was nice enough to take on my case. Only problem I had was my provider didn???t listen to me. The provider brought up my past, like throwing it in my face and still isn???t willing to help. I???m gonna have to ask my PCP for a new provider, unless it can be done here.

After 13 years as a patient, most of the years being with Dr. Solloway up until he passed away. After that I started seeing Lindsey McKim and I did not like her at first. But since all my records were there I decided to stay with BBH. Over time I developed a good relationship with Lindsey and have been happy with her. If I had known you were going to kick me to the street I would have found someone who took my insurance after Dr. Solloway died. I used to see Dr. Solloway every 3 months. But since I've been seeing Lindsey every month or 2. Which cost me a great deal of money. I can't help but feel you were only after the money and BBH didn't give a damn about me. I know Dr. Solloway did. He didn't try to take me for my money. If you want to make things right refund my money for all the times it wasn't necessary for me to come in.

I have had positive experiences with Lindsay McKim, APRN. However, the call today to clarify an issue with one of my RX was not professional with the initial contact. This is a Behavioral Health call, the initial contact and her supervisor failed to stop and actually listen to my analysis of the problem with the RX I felt no heartfelt/real empathy from this dept., being displayed.

I love how Dr. Lindsey McKim listens to EXACTLY how I feel. She is very attentive and works withe on how I feel about certain medications! Dr.Mckim also reaches back out very quickly when sending an email or calling after hours to make sure I know what is going on with me and calms me down and assures me everything will be okay!! I absolutely recommend Her and the Baptist BH facility to anyone and everyone!

Our appointments with Dr. McKim are always very helpful for my son. She is very attentive to what he has to say when he answers her questions. Her staff is also very helpful in keeping appointments scheduled and kept on time. She monitors his medication closely and always lets the pharmacy know when anything changes.

After many failed Inpatient treatments Lindsay has helped me improve my quality of life. I???ve now been able to hold down a job for over 6 months and that hasn???t happened in over 10 years.

Where to even begin!?!? I???ll start by just copying my Google review??? Update to my original review, one week later ???- Yesterday we were supposed to have my daughters rescheduled appointment. We moved other doctors appointments and rescheduled meetings at work so that we could be available. Guess what? They called the day of and told us it needed to be rescheduled because the doctor was not available and they incorrectly scheduled the appointment. Beyond frustrating. We scheduled behavioral health appointments for our kids in October 2021 and the first new patient appointment we could get was in January 2022. Our pediatrician very reluctantly agreed to do medication management in the interim. We were called at 7:58am to change our 8am appointment to a telehealth visit when we were already in the building and (by the way) the visit will be $300 because Blue Cross doesn???t cover telehealth appointments. No other options - it was basically an attitude that felt like ???Take it or leave it, lady. Doesn???t matter to me.??? Of course we couldn???t drop that kind of cash immediately ???and we have two kids in the same situation with back-to-back appointments so it would have been $600. We asked to reschedule and the soonest they can be seen is another 6 weeks from now at 11:30 which means they???ll miss a good portion of a school day and I???ll miss an entire day of work. Zero compassion, zero willingness to be remotely flexible, I feel trapped, backed into a corner for care and without options. Incredibly disappointed with our entire experience and we haven???t even met a doctor yet. And finally???the day of one appointment (the other they couldn???t see us for another three weeks) my insurance company personally told me that the copay was $50. The woman at the desk told my husband it was $60. Of course, they wouldn???t take my flex spending card. No idea why. He went to pay the $60 because he didn???t know what the insurance company told me and she charged our card $90!!!! If I didn???t automatically have a text that comes to my phone when that CC is used, he would have left there paying $90 when she told him it was going to be $60. I called him, sent him a pic of the $90 being charged on our account, my husband showed her she she just said ???Oopsy.??? It???s the craziest experience I???ve ever seen at a doctors office and I???m terrified to have to go back for my son???s appointment in a few weeks.
