Everyone involved with my care yesterday were very professional. The girls at the reception desk, although busy were very polite. The nurse???s were very professional, even the lady who brought my wife and I turkey sandwiches. Very nice crew! Thanks s much!!!

I was scheduled to have a Zoom call with Dr Zaiden my Medical Oncologist. Instead, I had a call with his PA. While I am sure she is quite competent, I was expecting to speak with Dr. Zaiden. I would have gladly changed my appt. I am assuming they had me set up as an office visit even though I explicitly requested a Zoom call. Anyway, I am moving my case to M D Anderson in Houston. Thank Dr. Melquist and Lillian for all their help and attention. William Flowers

Everyone is kind and helpful, always greeted by warm and caring people starting from the moment I enter the building. All physicians and offices, labs and X-rays in same building- appointments have almost always been made to accommodate the same day meaning less missed work. All of the physicians are up to date on treatment plans and WORK TOGETHER!! I am not even half way through my treatment plan and only God knows the outcome, but I could not be any more please with my experiences with my team of physicians and nurses at MDA.

The MD Anderson experience has always been extremely professional and very knowledgeable staff from the doctors to the nurses who take great pride in comforting their patients in very difficult situations! The staff in unbelievable. One complaint though. When I arrived for my infusion the pharmacy drug their ass getting my chemo ready. it was two hours from arrival til treatment actually started. I was quite annoyed that it took them so long to get going. the mixing of medications should have started shortly after I arrived. I was in the chair over 6 hours. UNACCEPTABLE.

The team that took care of me! I can't say enough nice things about how kind everyone there is. They are so supportive and cheerful each and every day. And the send off at bell ringing day brought tears to my eyes. It does take a team to get you through all the treatments and I felt like I had a strong team on my side. Thank you for all you do!!
