well every time I visit they make me wait at least an hour. and then they get upset if I complain. clearly, the customer does not come first at this medical practice. not once. every time. and then after a two hour expereicnce to get a drug prescription, the doctor issues the prescription "Non renewable". So I will have to go thru another two hour ordeal to refill the presectipion the doctor is very professional. Just not customer friendly.

Never listened to me. Didn???t order a simple test when I told her what I though might be the issue. Literally laughed at me. Turned out I was right. I had a CSF leak Sent prescription to the wrong place after being told twice where I go. Made a rude comment about my wife???s appearance that hurt her feelings greatly. Office staff is rude and impolite.

It was impossible to get an appointment for anything other than a physical. My doctor was only concerned about my medications and not me. Even though I see specialists for my annual exams.... dermatologist, gynecologist, optometrist, and neurologist she seemed focused on things I didn't need her input. Like unnecessary labs to confirm something my gynecologist has been treating for years. Wasn't open to reaching any health care goals I had.

Dr. Lindsay does not rush her appointments. She takes all the time that is needed to make sure that her patients are able to convey everything they need to say. I don???t feel like my doctor listens to me. She also doesn???t keep records or refer to them in any meaningful way. She???s often telling me to go take or see the same specialists or she???s already asked me to see or take a test she???s already sent me for. When I request to see a specialist it takes like two more visits to her before she finally sends an order in to do it. I have ADD and each time she questions the role of medication (which I???ve been on for years) and is hesitant to prescribe. I understand it???s a controlled substance but she has drawn blood and drug tested multiple times but until recently has found reasons not to prescribe. For other illness, Her go to answer it often to send me to the ER because of availability. When I request to get a referral to a specialist, based on testing I have prior to her or due to her request, It takes like 2 more visits and more testing from her to get to the specialist I requested to see months ago. And now I need a health form that basically says I don???t have communication diseases and am healthy enough to work with children for work and she???s claiming I need another visit even though she just seen me 2 days ago and I???ve seen her a half dozen times, have had something sent up every orifice, and almost every organ looked at this year. I feel like an insurance cash cow and that I???m not listened to.

It is really frustrating trying to schedule an appointment. When the office cancelled my appointment (doctor was sick, which I understand) they only offered me one choice as a replacement. One choice! Since I couldn???t do that one, i was going to have to wait 7 weeks. Luckily, I had my annual physical scheduled soon and when I talked to the doctor then she opened up another spot a week after the physical. Miss Pat and Jasmine are great, I???m not so sure about some of the others.

Staff is more interested in talking among themselves than the patients. Doctor miscodes orders. Labs are forgotten to be sent off to Quest and Dr Lindsay tells you one thing at a visit and tells you something else. Takes forever to get appointments. Terrible. Dr Lindsay and staff.

Courteous, professional staff. Immediate response upon entering office for apptmt. Explained each step as test began and proceeded. Helped to make me comfortable with the procedure and what was taking place. Not knowing what to expect, I couldn't have had a better experience being taken thru the test situation Christi was efficient, professional, courteous and since I was very nervous, she was very calming. Facility was immaculate and followed COVID prodocol.

Dr. Lindsey takes the time to listen to you. If she feels you need to go to a specialist she doesn???t hesitate to say so. She does everything she can to find out what???s wrong with you. 1. Inability to have virtual visits despite my insurance company paying for them. 2. Not offering vaccinations such as flu shots or shingles vaccine. 3. Wasteful prescription ordering. I had a small area on my arm, about 1cm, for which Dr. Lindsay prescribed an 85 gram tube of triamcinolone for use for two weeks. This medication comes in much smaller sizes, which should have been ordered.

I made an appointment several months ago (first available) for an annual physical. When I got to my appointment and completed my paperwork, the doctor informed me that this was just a meet and greet and I would need another appointment for my physical. I find that ridiculous. I have established relationships with several other local doctors and none of my initial appointments were just a meet and greet. I met w the physician and received the exam requested. I am now forced to take additional time off from work for this second appointment and I was not given an explanation as to how the meet and greet would be charged to my insurance. I was very disappointed.

I'm very happy with my physician's office. I wish you were closer to my home, but it's worth the drive for the established relationship. I started going there when that was convenient to my workplace, and that is no longer the case. Therefore most people I would talk to about finding a new doctor don't live or work close to your office. Dr. Lindsay takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Pat is always friendly and seems to take a personal interest in her patients as well.

Front office staff is VERY helpful, friendly and responsive. This is over phone and in person. Pat, medical assistant, is the best I have ever encountered in a doctor`s office. I was told my urine tested positive for marijuana, even though I have never used it, not even once. I have hated going to the doctors office because I always feel like I'm being judged or interrogated, but now this. Now I've been falsely branded a drug abuser, how am I supposed to just walk in like everything is going to be fine? It's insulting, honestly. I'm a responsible and busy guy. I work hard full time, I'm a full time student, and I home school my two kids. Now you're going to tell me I have marijuana in my system? Not only is it insulting, but I have zero trust with you now and I kinda feel betrayed. I have ADD. I was diagnosed young. I took medication up until highschool, and got back on it while I served in the Air Force. I know for a fact it helps me. I know it helps me focus, to think before acting, to think before speaking, to speak more clearly. The medication helps. This is what I came in for because I can certainly use some more focus considering the situation I'm in. I was tested positive, somehow, and was denied the medication I sought. The medication I'm used to and familiar with. Denied. And let me just say this one more time. I have NEVER used marijuana. I do NOT abuse drugs. Your test was wrong. And so, this, among other things, is why I would not recommend coming here. Falsely branded and forever denied.

I dont like that I have to do multiple visits to get stuff done. I am a new patient and wasn't told that the first visit was basically just talking to the doctor. I havent been to the doctor in forever and I'm being told that my next visit I'll do 2 of the things I needed out of 4. And then have to schedule another appt to take care of the rest. Just not that enticing. I used to have a doctor that took care of everything in one visit but that was not in jacksonville so I was looking for another doc that I could have primary care and gyno visits together.

I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come on my zoom call. My appointment was at 2:15 and she did not come to the phone until 2:45. This was just to go over my blood work which I must have done every six months or she will not fill any of my prescriptions. I feel like I am being held hostage. She has been my doctor for about 3 1/2 years since we moved to Florida. I have never ever had this experience before with my previous doctor. My doctor in Colorado has been my doctor for 10 years and I miss her. We my family and I are currently looking for a new Family practitioner. There is nothing you can do to make things right this constantly goes on. She is always running late. She forgets to call in my prescriptions and I have to call the pharmacy and her back and forth several times. Not to mention the fact that one of my prescription is a sleep medication which I have had to go without because she has forgotten to call it in and then it runs into the weekend.

I love Dr. Lindsay and Ms. Pat. Dr. Lindsay is very thorough and cares about her patients. I can trust what she tells me and know that she has my health and well-being in her best interests. Although Ms Lindsey is very straight to the point, she’s amazing! You will never feel as if you leave the office without an idea of what to do next or where you stand. She also does her job and once her job is over, she’s like the medical friend you wished you had even when she’s straight to the point. She’s been my doctor for the past 5 years and i wouldnt change it! Ms Pat is amazing! She talks and gets to know you and will always remember the next time she sees you. And the front office employees are so nice and smooth. You rarely feel rushed! Even with COVID, they still ensure they’re nice and patient. If you’re looking for results, this is the place to be.

I don’t like that I have to go in for bloodwork every six months just so I can get prescriptions filled that I have been taking for many years. And if I don’t go in for the blood work my doctor holds my prescriptions hostage, medication lfor blood pressure and cholesterol. Not to mention if there’s nothing wrong with my blood work I still have to go in to discuss how nothing is wrong. My husband has since left Baptist Health and our Dr.. his cardiologist is managing his medications and he does not have to go every six months for blood work and get an 11 month refill on them.
