About Me

I love calling Northeast Florida home. The wonderful Florida weather allows me to spend time with my family outdoors, sailing and going to the beach.

Being a family physician enables me to build strong relationships with patients and their families while guiding them on the path to their best possible health. I grew up in West Texas, which gave me the opportunity to play team sports, including football and basketball. My practice philosophy is rooted in the team principles I learned while playing athletics. I team with patients to work toward a common goal, just as I did on sports teams. Working to optimize the health of patients with chronic conditions while promoting health and prevention is a great way to improve a patient’s daily life and reduce their health care costs.

Outside of the office, I am very committed to community outreach programs. I am involved with the Boys and Girls Club, community food drives, and I give health lectures at various venues. I look forward to helping you with your health and wellness!
