    Dr Brogdon is fabulous! I have had nothing but issues with all my previous attempts at finding a PCP but I have finally found the one I need in Dr. Brogdon. I respect her and believe she respects me. This is the start to a perfect doctor patient relationship.

    Our initial wait in the lobby was longer than I had hoped for, however all staff was very friendly and courteous. We left a Baptist physician a year ago because we didn't think we were getting the quality care we expected. We wanted to get back in the Baptist system so when I saw Dr Brogdon was accepting new patients we decided to give her a try.. so far I am glad I did.

    Dr Bryson was so nice and easy to talk too, the office was clean and well put together. The MA who took me back was very nice and the lady at checkout was awesome!

    Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. It was so nice to be welcomed to practice. THE WAITING ROOM WAS CLEAN ! Nurse taking vitals was very friendly. Dr. Brogdon reviewed my chart thoroughly and gave me more than ample time to ask questions and make plans for current and future medications. Overall it was a refreshing experience ! Thank you all for your kindness.

    They are prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I do not want to be a number in the "system". I don't get that feeling at this office. When i call I get to speak to a real person. Dr. Brogdon is very personable and takes time to listen to me, she is also very timely in getting back to me with questions I have through the Baptist Chart. So far I am extremely grateful to have found this office.
