Staff are personable and welcoming. I like that I can have my labs done at the same place. It is very easy to share my concerns with Dr Bowles. I do not feel rushed. He always answers my questions and suggests different options for any issue I ask him about.

i have been a patient at this practice for many years. Everyone there has always provided excellent care; I feel respected and valued. The staff is terrific -- very friendly and efficient. And Dr. Bowles is not only an amazing doctor, he is also a wonderful human being.

The cleanliness, friendliness of the reception staff, the performance of the doctors. My experience with them were amazing, as usual. My experience with the nurse doing my intake, was not the best. But overall, my experience was great. Dr bowles is an awesome physician.

I have been waiting for a regerral for PT. It has been over a week and vendor has not received rrferral. Ehen I spoke to the office they said yhe have faxrd it. nevet artivef. the 2nd fax did not arrive eithrt. what terrible and sloppy procedures.

The office is clean and organized. It???s not crowded. I did not have a long wait. Dr. Bowles and staff are courteous and very efficient. Dr. Bowles reviewed my lab results and plan of care with me including that he was going to request outstanding reports from other providers to be in my record. Dr. Bowles takes the time to listen to me and also provides education that pertains to me.

The ability to communicate directly with the doctor and/or staff through the patient portal is a wonderful feature of this office. Without it, a patient's condition an deteriorate rapidly making it that much more difficult to treat the patient and a much longer recovery period. With the Patient Portal and with a responsive doctor and/or staff, it is possible to get more rapid treatment when the situation warrants it and the patient is not left untreated and potentially suffering from pain or extreme discomfort. This is a good office with mostly caring and responsive staff and a very caring doctor. I highly recommend this office.

Short wait time; Dr. Bowles listens to my issues, is knowledgeable and determines a course of action for a correction. I trust him and believe he always is concerned about helping me to be in the best health possible. The receptionists are all helpful and pleasant and treats me with respect. The entire place is very clean. Appointments are a great experience.

I love the doctors - Dr. Bowles is AWESOME! The nursing and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't love is the extremely long wait time when calling the office, it always indicated there is just one call ahead of me and that you are experiencing longer than usual call times. So it seems I am always the 2nd in line. Also if every time I call it tells me I that the office is experiencing longer than usual call times then it us not unusual it is a regular occurrence.

Wait times. Said to get there fifteen minutes before appointment so I did. Didn???t get to go back in the room until 45 mins after my appointment. So there???s an hour that I took off of work. Haven???t seen the dr yet. If the office is running behind. Give the patient a courtesy call and let them know. The office would expect that from the patient if they were running behind. So why isn???t that being done.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Also they are organized and help patients with many details. One staff member worked with me by phone for two days to get me an appointment as quickly as possible. Our doctor, Richard Bowles, is knowledgeable and communicates with patients effectively. He quidkly offered a possible solution to my elevated blood pressure that is proving to be helpful.

Caring professional staff and outstanding PCP. We are so grateful to have Dr. Bowles as our PCP and the excellent staff. Dr. Bowles extended my husband's life, because he listened to his complaints and ran a test that showed he had stage 4 cancer. Otherwise, my husband most likely would have passed away from lack of blood. Listening to someone; no matter how old, hard of hearing or grumpy they may be, is such a blessing. Always on time. The receptionist and always friendly and ready to assist me. Dr. Bowles is almost newer late. I know some patients are sicker than me and I understand if I have to wait a few minutes. It is great when goes over the blood test line by line with me. I can't remember another doctor doing that with me. I have felt comfortable at this office since the first day I walked in. A friend recommended Dr. Bowles and I am so thankful. I have been a patient there for a couple years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Always very professional and care about the patients. Dr. Richard Bowles is a great doctor and lets you know he cares about good health. The office is very clean and nice. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a good physician.

Enjoy every one at the office. The lady that checks me in and the one who checks me out. The lady who takes my temperature and blood pressure. Talking with Dr Bowles is like speaking with a good friend. Never in a hurry. When I transferred to this facility from where I use to go, it was immediately obvious I had made a good decision. Have already recommended him to several people.

Since changing over to Dr Bowles from Dr. Booras the staff changes were sub par. I had my Lab appointment January 18th with the followup initially scheduled for January 25th at 3:30. I received a text 2 days prior rescheduling me for 3:45 pm I arrived at 3:50 I live 28 miles away which takes 40 mins with no traffic. Upon my arrival I filled out the usual forms only to be told quite rudely that I would either have to be to be seen by the nurse practitioner or reschedule because I was late and the Dr. Bowles needed to leave the office by 5pm It was not yet 4pm. The treatment was disrespectful, confrontational and disingenuous at best from the person that presented the service choice. I chose not to reschedule and consider other service options.
