There are many great things to say about this office, most importantly regarding Dr. Valenzuela and his staff. I've only been in the office twice, but both times were very positive experiences. First, Dr. Valenzuela is a very kind and compassionate doctor. Unlike some other offices, I didn't feel rushed nor looked at as a inconvenience. He's definitely someone you feel comfortable talking to. Second, the rest of the staff, including MA Angela, are also very kind and professional. Each time I was there, I was treated well and the appointment ran on time. Lastly, the offices are newer and very clean and, as for me, located close enough that I don't have to deal with the 295! The bonus is ample and free parking.

My experience with Dr. Valenzuela was outstanding! He was attentive and caring about my medical issues and came up with a treatment plan. The nurse practitioner was very kind and courteous. I had no issues with the front desk either. I feel secure and have peace of mind coming to this doctor's office. I am very grateful.

Came in for my annual well visit. Couldn't get an appointment until 3:00 p.m. fasted all day since I knew I was doing blood work. Found out once I was there that it was too late to do the blood work and they had to put an order in for me to do it at a different time and location. I had taken all day off for my appointment and it wasn't complete. Now I have to take more time off for labs. I think Dr Venezuela is amazing and so is the staff I just think a better line of communication would have made the experience that much better.

I love Dr.Valenzuela, Mrs.Nicole,Mrs.Pat, Mrs.Cieara,Mrs.Sue and everyone who works at this location. They all care about me and my husband and my son???s health. It???s always friendly pleasantly smiles from the moment you check in to the very end of your visit. It???s clean all of the staff are very very very eagerly waiting to help you with any issues, concerns and questions or doubts. Dr.Valenzuela listens to you and tells you the truth and shares his most sincere advice with you about your health issues. These people are my family members. They love you they respect you and they care about your life. I am so grateful that my whole family and my best friend have a chance to go to our number one primary care facility to see the best doctor and staff in Jacksonville Florida Dr. Valenzuela and my care team at Baptist Primary Care on Merrill Road in Arlington are the only care providers that I will ever ever trust besides God. Dr. Richard Valenzuela was a really knowledgeable and caring physician with a really good bedside manner. I am a transfer patient from BPC Yellow Bluff as Dr. Tristan Imhoff is leaving there December 1st. I really feel like I can trust Dr. Valenzuela to give me the best medical care and advice. I feel like an important person to him and not just another patient. The office staff was also friendly, professional and courteous.

They send me to do my blood test after my wellness check and I still not even received a call or e-mail from the results. I'm a D2 patient my doctor told me that he is going to work hard to control my D2. But this is what I get I don't know if he forgot about our conversation or he forgot about me.

I was a little upset about that, however, after meeting with the doctor he was very apologetic about the delay because he was working with another patient. I had to wait 90 minutes to have my blood drawn during my wellness visit. The tech was not following the list. Another patient finished with the doctor 10 to 15 minutes after me but was called for labs about 30 minutes before me. My wellness visit took nearly 3 hours from arrival to departure.
