Everything from the friendly check-in, to the professional and caring nurse, to the thoroughness of the doctor. Dr Win took the time to review my medical hx, ask him pertinent follow-up questions, than offered several treatment plan options to consider. One of the best medical visits I???ve ever had. I left the appointment confidant that I had not only found a Dr who listened but one who was up to date and knowledgeable about available treatments options but an office that was efficient and patient focused.

Dr. Win is always there to help in any way she can. She cares about her patients, listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like she is rushing me out of the office or over a video call. Very welcoming, professional and efficient receptionists; minimal wait time in office to see the doctor; pleasant health care professional; and clean facility which is undergoing renovations to make it even better. Dr. Win is so personable, attentive and responsive. She takes time to patiently explain tests/exam findings; discuss health management strategies; and ensure the information is understood. She seems to be genuinely interested in my health and wellness. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.

This is the first time I have visited since the facility was updated and it looks nice and very clean. I have been going to IMG for nearly 3 decades and was devastated when my doctor retired last year. But she left me in good hands. Dr. Win is a winner! And her new nurse was wonderful too. Calm, kind, and thorough. I continue to have the best care at IMG. The office staff are excellent too. They are experienced, pleasant and helpful. Total grade? A++

Been a patient for years.....After Dr. Levenson's retirement I have been seeing Dr. Win, could not be more pleased with the care I have received....An excellent listener and very patient will all questions that are asked.....On a side note, I love the "new look" of the office and exam rooms. The lab is the best and your employees are painless ! Lastly, your front end and checkout employees are welcoming and efficient....You all receive a 10 from me.

An office is an office. It is the employees that occupy the office that make the practice. You are treated like a person. The Physican actually does a physical exam and not just writes that they do like other "specialist" in the Baptist system that do a video conference for 5 min and charge for a complex visit of 39 min which includes a complete physical examination. On a telephone call? That is Fraud! But not only that, one is not allowed to contest and still have to pay the full bill. I only mention this here because it is the same Baptist system. But IMG physicians do a physical exam and more importantly, listen. That is the reason I travel over an hour to see my primary care Dr. She is very good. Dr. Winn.

I wanted to discuss an ADA request but the doctor did not ask me questions about my condition but instead immediately told me to go to the specialist I previously saw. I understand if she doesn???t know my limitations but this condition is well documented in medical articles. And since she did not ask questions, I believe she was being very dismissive about my situation. I went to her because Dr Levinson, who is now retired, was who II was working with throughout the condition and I knew it would be well documented in my Baptist medical records.

Everything! Making my appt. was easy. The entire staff was friendly. Clean facility. My appointment was on time. The nurse (Colleen) was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Myo Win was kind, very informative, & helpful answering my questions. Checking out was an easy process. Charles was very friendly as well. My whole experience was very positive. I???m happy I???ve been able to find a new primary care doctor for myself. I told my family and friends how impressed I was with my first experience here. I look forward to more visits in the future. Dr Win and her medical assistant Jasmine are amazing. Always very professional, informative and always willing to help in a very timely manner. Actually I have no complaints at all on the entire office. Thank you for being a great place for my health issues. There are very few offices that care about their patients anymore. Because of this I now have switched my mother to Dr Win as well.

Dr. Winn is a great physician. She patiently explained in detail the medical issue I was dealing with and it's causes, even showing me on the internet specific related illustrations/information. She was aware of the reason for my visit and my history when she came into the room which suggest she actually read some of the information in My Baptist Chart. She was very patient, personable and knowledgeable which help put me at ease and feel I was in good hands and not just another appointment. The office staff were also very welcoming and my wait time to be seen was short. The office waiting room was very clean and spacious and the exam rooms appeared to be very well maintained as well.

The doctors and the nurses that have helped me have all been very helpful and kind. The building was nice but it felt a bit run down. It didn???t seem to reflect how well the nurses and doctors were. Their help was a 10/10 and the inside of the building is close to a 4/10.

Very polite, efficient and friendly staff. Large open space is kept clean adequate space for comfortable seating of patients. Wait time reasonable. The bathroom in lobby convenient. Adequate parking. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Levenson for years. She retired and we are now seeing Dr. Win. She is very nice and thorough, and we have confidence in her. Due to a stressful experience trying to get my husband cleared for knee surgery at Baptist, I am not as enthusiastic about IMG as I was. I feel that the MA???s skills have something to be desired. I suspect false results to the EKG done on my husband prior to surgery. I had 2 weeks to get him to a cardiologist and figure out how to get all the cardiac testing done for him to be cleared for surgery with no hep from the referral department. Thank god for Dr. Patel, Baptist South Cardiologist, who personally ensured the last test ordered was going to be done 2 days before surgery. Husband was finally cleared the day before the operation. The EKG should have been repeated before sending us on a wild goose chase through the system. He had never had an abnormal EKG before and all the subsequent ones were normal. The MA???s need to be trained properly or the EKG needs to be done somewhere else. Other than that everything that was done at Baptist was great and I would recommend Baptist health.
