Tracy is great at eliciting and extracting touchpoints and obstacles to continuing on the path to weightloss. She is very caring and insightful. She is very skilled at the technique of being silent and waiting for her client to make a step or breakthrough.

That you push your GP doctor's to see too many people in a day. Every appt had a 60 to 90 min wait even with scheduled appt. So you would never been seen on time and have to wait 60 to 90 min on top of that all because of this. I no longer use Baptist for my GP doctor because of this. Mental health dept is the only dept I use.

Well I'm still pre-surgery but the staff really cares about getting me to the best possible outcome. A lesser facility would be trying to get patients in and out to make as much money as possible, but not Baptist. They proved they need me to be really ready for this.

The Bariatrics team has everything so perfectly organized, they make this adventure in life much easier. Every staff member I have worked with has been so kind and caring and they never make me feel like they are rushed. The counseling staff is insightful and great at helping me think about things I didn't realize I was doing. They are great and I would (and have) recommend Baptist to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

I've never been in this situation before, and was a bit nervous, but Tracy made me feel like I was talking with a long time friend. I felt at ease as we talked. I'm doing my best to follow her suggestions and some weight is coming up. I still get those Sweet Attacks and it's hard. I'm looking forward to our next session and hoping that more progress has been made on my part by then.
