I am so thankful they were able to get me in to see Shannon the PA, since my doctor was on vacation. Otherwise, I may have ended up in the ER or hospital since I have a predisposition for pneumonia.

My Dr quit and my medical records were not assigned to a physician but left in the abyss over at this drs office. I have called multiple times to speak to the office manage and still no return call. I think her name is Shannon. Because of having no physician assigned to me I was delayed for a re-screenibg at Hill breadt center because my original mammogram came back with differences and I need a 2nd view to eliminate bad stuff. While I was on hold multiple times you all pride yourself in making sure we are screened for mammograms that it can be life-saving. However, I had to wait and call multiple times and do your doctor's office job so that I could get a script to go back for a second mammogram. Because of negative findings on my breast, you all should be ashamed of yourself. All of my records are on my chart, my test findings my blood work my surgeries when I finally got to speak with someone they said that I hadn't been to the doctor in 2 years but if they would have checked my chart, they wouldn't seen that I go to specialty dctors and get lab work and have had multiple surgeries. You all need to get it together.

I was feeling sick and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The practitioner was very thorough, listened to my complaint, and ordered tests and ordered a prescription which made me start feeling better the next day. i am very pleased.

Recently feeling sick, I called to get an appointment with Dr. House, knowing this may not be possible last minute. The person scheduling me was so helpful and asked if I was willing to see a PA that she could squeeze me in with her. I saw Shannon the same day and was impressed with her exam and ability to target my problem and offer care. I am not great remembering names, however, everyone that day was so helpful and pleasant. When you don't feel good, that's just what you need. Thank you all.

Love Dr Rak, the PA's, the Nurses and staff out front. It's great to have the option to leave a message with your doctor's nurse. I have been a patient of the Mandarin Location for 30 years. I highly recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an amazing experience. Front the front desk girl, to PA Shannon, to the tech Hayle, to the girl who drew my blood. Everybody was extremely kind to me and I never felt uncomfortable.
