Dr Lee is an exemplary doctor. She is very personal and understanding. She is highly thorough and communicates with patients in a manner easily understood. Her office personnel and medical assistant are very friendly and professional. All are very responsive to the needs of their patients. I love the compassion and care the staff demonstrates every time I come or even leave a message on the portal. Kim, my MA, and Dr. Lee treat me like I???m the only patient they have for the day. First, it???s a pretty office and has comfortable furniture. Warm and inviting. Second, the staff is very nice. Third, and most importantly, Dr. Lee is very, very thorough. She goes over everything with you. She orders the extensive tests needed to rule out and diagnose your condition and she explains each test and what she was looking for. It was very informative.

Everyone was friendly and personable from the reception to nurse to the doctor. One thing I would like to see is more clear instructions for new patients. I received a packet of forms in the mail that I was to bring with me on my first visit. However, I also received an email to check-in online, which also contained new patient forms. I then received another communication saying that I should come to the office right at my appointment time (not early). I misunderstood this message, thinking that I had completed all the necessary paperwork online and did not need to bring any of the hard copy forms with me. The result was that I had several forms to complete after I arrived. It took time that I am sure resulted in a back-up in the schedule.

To improve, you can make it quicker to get appointments. I was told that my previous records need to be faxed in, however my other provider only emails them. Because of this rule, It took me over six months to finally see a Baptist rheumatologist.

Put your new patient forms online to be filled out. Have the technology to be able to load a disc of a CT scan or X-rays for the doctor to review.
