The facility is showing its age and I hope the cardiology department gets a physical update soon. However, the staff are top notch; caring, professional and easy to reach. I've been in their care for more than 20 years and I am totally satisfied with them. I particularly like the My Portal online access with various Baptist Health disciplines sharing records, diagnoses and medication requests.

Running late from an MRI - when calling to keep them in formed, they made sure to assist and accommodate! I was so impressed! When I arrived, they knew me, brought me back and everyone didn?t miss a step. So thankful for this team- they saved my life, not once but potentially twice? thank you team Beaches!

I sent an email inquiring about clearance for cataract surgery. The email stated I had a appointment for cataract evaluation. I was scheduled for an ekg. Apparently, I should have been scheduled for a ekg once surgery date was confirmed, due to a 30 day window. I specifically said it was an evaluation. Therefore, I was told I might have to return for another ekg. Regards

I was terribly upset after my appointment. I was admonished the entire appointment for not having gone for two tests. One of which I did go to but was unable to complete the CT because of shoulder pain. Even though I made two very pointed comments one asking if I would be getting a switching after being told how bad I had been and one asking if I needed to find another doctor if my behavior was unacceptable and even though the PA seemed aware of my discomfort, she spent the entire appointment basically telling me that I was wasting her time since I had not had a lipid panel and a CT. I cannot emphasize too much her condescending and superior attitude. I cannot imagine any situation in which I would be willing to submit myself to her care.
