    Dr. Anderson was very informative. She answered all my questions, and seems to really care about my health and well being. It was a very pleasant experience to meet with her for the follow up and find out about the expectations for future visits, etc. She noticed that my referral for my next mammogram hadn't been made so she placed the referral and explained my next visits with her and her P.A. following the mammogram, which I already made following my visit with her. Her staff that I saw prior to my visit with her were most efficient, competent and friendly. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Anderson as my radiation oncologist and feel like she and her staff are excellent at making me feel comfortable and that I'm receiving the best care possible. I am very pleased with the care and treatment I receive from my doctors and their staff at MD Anderson.

    I like the care that I received. The doctor and her staff treated me what so much love and concern. They care about your overall health. You feel their concern for you.     A couple of things I noticed after my first visit. The admin and doctors have reviewed my files and made recommendations before my appointment taking a proactive approach. Secondly, I like how everything moving forward will take place at one location under the supervision of my doctor. One stop shop.

    I was about to miss my appointment due to delays at imaging and mammogram I almost did miss my physician oncologist but saw her PA . And was going to miss my appointment with dr. Cynthia Anderson but she knew I was in the building and found me and I had a very thorough exam. For her to come and find me and take her time to complete my appointment was very unexpected and satisfying. I can not put in words how much I appreciate what she did.

    Dr Anderson completely explains all your options. Makes everything relative to your cancer. She puts you at ease and helps to guide you through the decision process.     Dr Anderson is kind, caring, professional, has excellent bedside manners, and focus on patient centered care. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She provided me options to my plan of care. Dr Anderson was compassionate but also seeks to find the best treatment plan. All of the customer service and reception staff at the front desk always greeting me with smiles and addressing me by name before I even approach them. RN Alexis provided excellent support by phone and portal. Alexis listened to all my concerns and always gave detailed reports to Dr Anderson. I was truly impressed by the teamwork and genuine care.

    Dr. Anderson is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. She is willing to go screen by screen with every scan, test, or blood draw you have.     The front desk gentleman is always a pleasure to see, smiles and ready to help, very polite and respectful.. Also, the Chaplin Joel is so awesome, very easy to talk to. Always respectful.     The visit with the radiologist was the MOST PLEASANT and thorough experience I???ve had since being diagnosed with breast cancer. Nurse Alexis and Dr. Anderson were friendly, showed great care, and deep respect. They did not rush us. They sat deeply with all of our questions. We asked for various support such as referrals for medical equipment and disability tags and they provided us with what we needed and asked for. They were engaging and encouraging. I???m so grateful to have had this experience which was far best than all other contact with nurses and doctors at MDA.

    I have seen Dr. Anderson for a year. She, her nurse, Alexis; her PA Jessica and her medical tech Sherri have always given me excellent medical service along with a genuine caring spirit. I have never felt rushed through a visit. Dr. Anderson has a wide range of knowledge and has thoroughly answered all my questions; even outside her expertise in radiology.     Dr. Cynthia Anderson has been a fantastic radiation oncologist. Recommendations on whether or not to pursue radiation after mastectomy in my case was not clear, even after discussing my case with the rest of the team. It was arranged to discuss my case with MD Anderson Houston. Prior to that discussion happening, Dr. Anderson continued to scour the continually changing research landscape around these recommendations on her own and located a recently released "game-changing" paper related to my circumstances. She shared this during the Houston consultation, and it was invaluable to them making recommendations. We very much appreciate Dr. Anderson's proactive approach to continue to question her own recommendations until she (and we) could be satisfied by finding more supporting data.

    From Intake to Departure the entire team were cordial and friendly and efficient. Dr Anderson is a phenomenal talent and speaks with deep experience and is absolutely present in the moment. She explained everything thoroughly, taught us some new things (deeply appreciated) and focused on developing a relationship. This combination of EQ and IQ is rarely found, but as a patient, I have deep gratitude that someone is caring for me in total and not just as an episode.     My experience at the Radiation Oncology Department has been very positive. The clerical and nursing staff have been attentive and helpful.     Everything was WONDERFUL! From Dr. Cavaliere to Dr, Anderson (a fellow thespian!) to Dr. Ching-Tismal - all were informative, friendly, professional, and happy to take the time needed.     I know when I walk in for my appt there is not a lot of waiting time. I???m checked in, someone comes for me, takes me to a room to check my vitals , then takes me to another room to wait for the doctor, or an assistant. Everyone is always polite and cheerful. It makes the whole process easier on me. Any problems I have or questions are answered and if I need to make any other appt???s they make them for me at checkout.

    Dr. Anderson is an amazing doctor, truly the best! Her nurse Alexis Romer is the best nurse this hospital has. Their scheduling team is wonderful and Lovely Kirkland does a fantastic job making sure your schedule works with all your other appointments. She follows through on everything. The girls that work the front desk that greet you make you feel welcomed and good about your appointment. They never disappoint. Their smiles can be seen from the hallway when you enter the radiation lobby and they greet you by name, even before you reach their desk. There are many others in the department I don't know by name, but they are always friendly and helpful. MD Anderson should be proud of their Radiation Department, they set a fine example on how things should be done in a hospital.

    Dr Anderson is exceptionally caring She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She is diligent in caring for skin issues I raise. She is a truly caring woman and a huge asset to your staff The staff delivering the radiation treatments are so kind and efficient. They are personable and do not treat you just as a task. It has been a wonderful experience. The nurses are also truly concerned about me as an individual. Your front desk staff recognizes me and greets me by name!

    I have already recommended Baptist MD Anderson Oncology Radiology to a friend who is presently receiving treatment. I recommended it because Dr. Anderson takes her time with you.....she listens and addresses concerns, she answers questions, and she explains treatment options and the reasons for them in plain English. She's very personable and makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. Also the radiation techs have all been wonderful to work with. It's been nice to always have at least one tech there that you have met before and not a whole new crew from day to day. Also I appreciate how they always take me in for treatment on time and sometimes even early.
