Alyssa Chen, PsyD

Alyssa Chen, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. Prior to joining Baptist, Dr. Chen served in the United States Navy as an active duty clinical psychologist. She completed her predoctoral internship at Naval Medical Center San Diego and her postdoctoral training at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, providing evidence-based psychological services within multidisciplinary healthcare environments. In addition to her background in clinical psychology, Dr. Chen holds a master’s degree in education, and she has taught psychology courses at both the secondary and postsecondary levels. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at St. Johns River State College and maintains a strong commitment to professional training and the advancement of psychological education.
