Todd Floyd, MBA, FACHE

Todd Floyd serves as the Director of Education and Human Performance Improvement at Baptist Health. In this role, he oversees Baptist’s extensive leadership development programs, EMR education and the Administrative Fellowship.

Floyd joined Baptist Health in 1997 as an education coordinator for Baptist Nassau where he planned to pursue a career in hospital administration. Through mentors early in his career, he discovered a passion for leadership development and advancing the employees of Baptist Health.

Floyd earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Florida State University, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives; a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
