Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join the Oncology Administrative team at Baptist MD Anderson. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative and secretarial support for executive director and department leaders of numerous programs and primary front desk receptionist for oncology administration.
  • Schedules and organizes meetings. and primary front desk receptionist.
  • Responsibilities include: Schedules and organizes meetings, making sure equipment is maintained/running, answering phones, monitoring fax machine for incoming/outgoing faxes, be available at front desk to greet customers, ordering supplies, sorting mail and assist with special events.
  • Assists with creation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, documents, etc. and oversees collateral needs - obtains copies, collates folders, etc.
