Admitting Services Manager, Baptist MD Anderson

Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center MD Anderson is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Admitting Services Manager to join our Infusion Department at our Baptist MD Anderson location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday in office. This role does require weekly travel between the Downtown, BMDA South, and BMDA Clay campuses.

The Admitting Services Manager will oversee 50+ employees at Baptist MD Anderson. The ideal candidate will not only have previous leadership experience, but also call center, new patient coordinator, and revenue cycle experience. You will have the opportunity to grow your leadership career while building relationships and working closely with the patients at Baptist MD Anderson.

As an Admitting Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the new patient call center and new patient scheduling areas for Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Managing to metrics and KPI's leveraging data and reports.
• Collaboration with clinical departments and leaders is integral to being successful in this role.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Admitting Services Manager Experience:

• 3-5 Years of Patient Access Services Experience
• Over 5 Years of Management Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Call Center Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required
