Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our inpatient behavioral health team, supporting Emergency Department and consult liaison services.

Inpatient behavioral health role with ED and consult coverage
Collaborative care model with psychiatrists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities
Perform psychiatric evaluations for ED and inpatient consults
Assist with consult liaison services across medical and surgical units
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and medications
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications
APRN or PA-C
Active or eligible Florida license
Behavioral health or inpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
