Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our inpatient behavioral health team, supporting Emergency Department and consult liaison services.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform psychiatric evaluations for ED and inpatient consults

  • Assist with consult liaison services across medical and surgical units

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses and medications

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

  • APRN or PA-C

  • Active or eligible Florida license

  • Behavioral health or inpatient experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
