Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring for a CE Tech Quality Compliance Strategy Initiative Director. This is a full-time, days opportunity.

General Responsibilites:

• Drives CE-Tech's enterprise-wide quality standards, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provides oversight of ISO certification efforts, vendor compliance programs, government contracting activities, and imaging service partnerships.
• Serves as a cross-functional leader, the Director partners with executive management, operations, finance, and clinical teams to ensure CE-Tech maintains the highest levels of operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and strategic alignment.

Experience

• Over 5 years Biomedical Experience Required
• Over 5 years Management Experience Required
• Over 5 years Supervisory Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Quality and Compliance Required
• 3-5 Years Compliance Experience Required

License and Certification

• Healthcare Technology Management Certification Preferred
