Certified Medical Assistant, Primary Care, South Ponte Vedra

We are looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our Baptist Primary Care office located in South Ponte Vedra, FL.

This is a Full-Time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional back-office support, including rooming patients, assisting providers, obtaining vital signs, and supporting patient care throughout the visit. Women's health experience is strongly preferred. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a dedicated provider!

Certified Medical Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

• Provides medical assistance to physician

• Obtains vital signs

• Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit

• Maintains medical documentation

• Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician

• Processes prescription requests and referrals

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years Patient Care Experience

• Experience in Physician's office

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Required

• Associate of Arts/Science Preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

• Certified Medical Assistant Required
