Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator in our Cardiac Med/Surg Unit at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working 36 hours a week 7:00am-7:00pm.
The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:
Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Patient activities of daily living
Maintaining a safe environment for patients
Collecting lab specimens
Intake and output monitoring
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Certified Nursing Assistant Experience:
None
Education:
None required
HSD/GED Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
