Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking an experienced CNA to join the Hospital at Home team at Baptist South. This unique Monday–Friday daytime role combines patient care with operational support and is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities include assisting patients with mobility, toileting, comfort and safe transport; supporting patients returning to campus for procedures or diagnostic testing; preparing the treatment room; coordinating medication, meal and supply pickups; transporting lab specimens; and communicating with the Hospital at Home team.
The ideal candidate has strong CNA experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities with limited direct supervision.
License and Certification
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant - DOH
- Driver's License - DMV
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
