Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to our Outpatient Rehab Services Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time opportunity overseeing the Seven Pines clinic providing adult outpatient Physical Therapy services. The ideal candidate would be a licensed Physical Therapist due to the clinic's expected focus on Physical Therapy services.
The Clinical Rehab Supervisor will be working in an outpatient rehab clinic setting that will include managing the team as well as direct clinical patient care.
Clinical Rehab Supervisor, Outpatient Rehab Services Team, Job Responsibilities:
Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
Oversees daily operations of the clinic.
Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.
Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population.
Experience Requirements:
3-5 Years Clinical Patient Care Experience
Adult Experience
General Outpatient Rehab Experience
Experience Collaborating with Multiple Rehab Specialties (PT, OT, SLP)
Orthopedics and Post-Op care experience preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (non Nursing) Required
Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required
Licensed Physical Therapist Required
