Construction Financial Coordinator, Baptist Downtown

Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Financial Coordinator to join the Construction Team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)Construction Financial Coordinator, Job Responsibilities:

• Provides office support for team of construction professionals in projects across entire Baptist Medical Center and all outlying campuses.
• Processes all invoices for all projects and Owner Directed Purchases for all designated projects.
• Tracks all office labor and expense charges to projects.
• Coordinates with BMC finance on all project accounting, department labor charges, invoices, and construction database entries.
• Tracks all capital budget requests and coordinates with Finance as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Office experience preferably finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
• Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
