Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Project Manager I to join the Construction Design Management Team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville Campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of assigned construction projects at all campuses.
  • Manages the process of estimating, approval, design, construction and closeout for all projects.
  • Budget preparation, cost estimating, proper handling of solicitation to bid, bids, contracting, changes in plan, and processing of billing, closeout and final document review.

  • Over 10 years Relevant equivalent experience in lieu of education
  • 3-5 Years Construction Experience Required
  • 1 year Healthcare Construction Management Experience Required
