Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for the Diagnostic Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time Day opportunity at Baptist Medical Center (Downtown).
The Diagnostic Imaging Department is looking to add a Customer Service Rep to their team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had previous experience in healthcare customer service and obtains excellent communication skills.
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Customer Service Rep, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
- Exhibit good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
- Provide assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
- Check paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
- May actively participate in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
Experience Requirements:
- Healthcare customer service
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
