Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director Asisstant to join the Health Center Operations Administrative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative secretarial support for Medical/ Administrative Director, Heart Center Manager.
  • Types correspondence, reports, and other documents, coordinates and schedules meetings, attends and takes minutes for Cardiology business meetings.
  • Updates and maintains documents and forms on computer.
  • Performs timekeeping for Heart Center/EKG.
  • Maintains calendar, opens mail and assists with communication to staff (posting notices, distributing info.) for department head.

Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams and able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions.
