Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director, BCI Clinic Operations to join the Baptist Cardiology team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Plans, organizes, controls, and directs the operational activities of multiple clinic sites. Monitors and ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements Develops and updates protocols and policies including clinical and productivity expectations. Promotes collaborative practices among physicians within and outside of specialty. Maintains open lines of communication and cooperative relationships with physicians, staff, hospital representatives, patients and families. Ensures implementation of plans and goals set forth by the Practice Committee. Completes quality review and effectiveness activities for all programs and clinical areas and maintains performance improvement plans. Uses measurement data to evaluate process and outcomes and coordinate changes as needed. Continually plans for the future of services by modifying current or defining new programs and services. Facilitate space design, planning and maintenance of sites.
