Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director of Operations for our Baptist Primary Care practices. This is a full-time opportunity.

The Director, Operations Baptist Primary Care responsibilities include:

• Leads and directs office operations for 12 to 15 Baptist Primary Care locations.
• Leads and supports system and quality initiatives/projects.
• Responsible for office manager recruitment and orientation.
• Evaluate and redesign workflow in conjunction with manager and physicians.
• Participate in strategy planning for offices.
• Works with Medical Director to establish/implement quality measures for Baptist Primary Care.
• Ensures processes for revenue capture are effective and efficient.
• Works collaboratively with Office Manager to improve clinical operations and serves as administrative liaison for HR issues.
