Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Select Specialty Services to join the Baptist Physician Enterprise. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health
Responsibilities include practice management and central billing for Baptist Physician Enterprise specialty groups and credentialiing for the entire Baptist physician network. Works with respective physicians, PM teams and appropriate BHS parties to transition newly acquired physicians & physician groups. Manages and coordinates the activities of assigned central business office(s). Supports specialty practice groups in the areas of general operations, information systems, program expansion, billing & collections, finance & safety/ compliance. Responsible for the management of the verification/ enrollment/ credentialing process for employed physicians and other clinicians.

- 3-5 Years Physician Practice Management Experience
- Less than 3 years Experience with EHR system
License and Certification
