Job Summary

Baptist Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director’s Assistant to support the Department of Behavioral Health. This role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support while working closely with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) 3+ days onsite.

Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Department of Behavioral Health
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and departmental communications
  • Manage accounts payable, supply orders, and general office operations
  • Oversee business tax license updates and renewals
  • Process physician CME reimbursements
  • Partner with recruiters to coordinate and schedule provider interviews and onboarding
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other materials
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare

Education & Credential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
