Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director’s Assistant to support the Department of Behavioral Health. This role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support while working closely with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) 3+ days onsite.
Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Department of Behavioral Health
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and departmental communications
- Manage accounts payable, supply orders, and general office operations
- Oversee business tax license updates and renewals
- Process physician CME reimbursements
- Partner with recruiters to coordinate and schedule provider interviews and onboarding
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other materials
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
