The EEG Technologist will perform electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.
We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
As an EEG Technologist, you will be responsible for:
Performing routine and specialized EEG tests on patients of all ages, both inpatient and outpatient.
Preparing patients for testing, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Monitoring and documenting patient activity and technical data throughout the procedure.
Reviewing and editing recordings to ensure accuracy and clarity before submission for physician interpretation.
Maintaining EEG equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper calibration.
Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Certification Note: Registered EEG Technologist (ABRET) is required within 1 year of date of hire.
