Electrophysiology Device Nurse, Cardiology, Baptist Specialty Clinics

Job Summary

We are looking to add an Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse at Baptist Cardiology, located at our Specialty Clinic Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The individual conducts follow-up visits for pacemaker and implantable defibrillator patients, evaluates cardiac devices and managing data for the Home Monitoring system. Responsibilities include documenting patient charts, generating billing data, triaging information to the appropriate clinician, and delivering patient-focused care daily. As an EP Device Nurse, you will travel to closely located EP Device Clinics based on daily needs. Baptist Health is known for its commitment to patient care and satisfaction. The Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Functioning with a great deal of autonomy in the day-to-day operations of the Arrhythmia Center under the clinical supervision of a Cardiologist
• Device evaluation
• Implementation of cardiac devices
• Entering data and reports for the Home Monitoring system

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• One-Two Years Cardiac Experience Required

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
