Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring an Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse at Baptist Cardiology, located at our Specialty Clinics in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The EP Device Nurse functions with a great deal of autonomy in the day-to-day operations of the Arrhythmia Center under the clinical supervision of a Cardiologist. The Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse will perform follow-up visits of Pacemaker and Implantable Defibrillator patients. This includes device evaluation, Home Monitoring system data entry and reporting, charting documentation, billing data generation, and triaging information to the appropriate follow-up clinician.
Electrophysiology Device Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:
Device evaluation
Implementation of cardiac devices
Entering data and reports for the Home Monitoring system
Experience Requirements:
One-Two Years Cardiac Experience Required
Education & Credential Requirements:
Associate's Degree of Nursing Required
Licensed Registered Nurse Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
