Floor Technician Finisher, Nights/Evenings, Baptist Silverleaf

Baptist is looking to add a Floor Technician Finisher to join our Baptist Silverleaf FSED, Environmental Services team. The Floor Technician Finisher is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Baptist is proud to utilize state of the art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines. These machines break down the DNA of germs in the hospital environment before manual cleaning of an area is performed, keeping our team members and patients better protected.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule, 11:00p-6:30a most weekdays, evening shift (3:30p-11:00p) one shift per week on a weekday, 7p-7a on weekend/holiday shift. Rotating Weekends and Holidays are Required.

Floor Technician Finisher General Responsibilities:

• Floor Finisher position performs major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center.

• Performs all Environmental Services-related tasks.

• Performs heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.

• Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.

• Performs all other tasks which may be assigned.

Floor Technician Finisher Experience:

• 3-5 Years Housekeeping Experience

• 1-2 years Floor Finishing Experience

• 1-2 years Hospital Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma Preferred
