Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Service Associate II to our Starbucks Cafe at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time opportunity with various shifts, including Saturdays from 5am to 3pm.

This position will provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors at the Starbucks Cafe located in our Downtown campus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a barista and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As the Food Service Associate II, you will be responsible for:

• Performing technical duties, including the cash register

• Food handling

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, including performing dishwashing, warewashing, and bussing

• Providing excellent customer service

• Following safe food and work standards

• Possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Obtaining and fulfilling orders placed by patients, staff and visitors

• Possessing the ability to cross train

Experience Requirements:

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred

• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Prefered)
