Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Service Supervisor in our Starbucks at Baptist Medical Center Downtown. This is a Full-Time position working various shifts Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 4:00am -1:00pm for stock processing and prep.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Training and coaching associates
- Prepares food and drinks
- Recommends discipline
- Participate in assignment of positions
- Conduct standards review
- Customer service to patients, guests, and staff
- Monitor and assign breaks
Education & Credential Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associates of Arts/Sciences - Preferred
