Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add an Inventory Control Coordinator to Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a Full-time Days opportunity working 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with potential for weekends.
This position will work closely with licensed healthcare professionals and impacts their ability to care for patients daily. The ideal candidate will have warehousing, customer service, and leadership experience and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel.
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day to day Materials Management operations and Supply Chain Management in support of the Surgical Services department.
Procuring supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services utilizing various electronic methods.
Warehousing of supplies.
Fostering excellent customer service by ensuring the customer's daily needs is met with all request for orders placed and expedited for on time delivery.
Performing scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
3-5 Years Operating Room Materials Management Experience -Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associates of Arts/Sciences - Preferred
